Due to FDA regulations, we are not able to accept any refunds or returns for open tea packages. However, do not worry. If a tea product does not meet the customers’ expectations, we will gladly issue an online store credit for the purchase price, excluding delivery. We recommend customers buy a sample pack of tea they may want to try.
Currently, we do not offer refunds for order changes or cancellations. You have a 24-hour window to cancel placed orders. If you decide to cancel an order email us at inspiredwellnessherbsandtea@gmail.com
ASAP. Once an order is shipped you will not be able to cancel. You can return unopened items for store credit.
Be sure that you are 100% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to check-out. As always, we recommend customers buy a sample pack of tea they may want to try.
If for some reason your tea is damaged in postal transit, you have to submit photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of the unopened tea product, please contact us via email with the attached photos so we can reach a resolution. Email: inspiredwellnessherbsandtea@

Some of our blends are organic. It will state on the product description on the website which are organic, and which are non-organic.

Each pack of tea will state on the package how to make that specific blend and what amount of tea to use for a cup. If you have any questions you can email us.
We currently ship domestically in the USA only, we are currently working on expanding our shipping options to offer inspired Wellness Herbs and Tea to those in other countries. Once we do, we will announce it on our website.
